PURCHASE & DELIVERY
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice or confirmation email. We will begin processing your order after the payment is received. The production time is 2–9 business days.
Some items are available for immediate dispatch. If you need faster delivery, feel free to contact us at info@mygang.lv – we’ll do our best to help.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Free delivery with parcel machines for orders over €100.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS (International Orders)
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
Please note:

We do not cover return shipping costs for international orders.

If part of an order with a volume-based discount is returned, the discount may be recalculated based on the items kept. The refund amount will be adjusted accordingly

Customers are responsible for organizing and paying for the return shipment to Latvia.

You may return the item using any DPD or Omniva parcel locker located in Ādaži.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 6 working days.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item (e.g. size, color, or model), please contact us and specify the desired replacement.
In case of an exchange, MYGANG will refund the original item, and the new item should be ordered as a separate purchase.
